HOMICIDE INVESTIGATOR TRAINING PROGRAM

Louisiana’s #1 ranking by the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting program for homicides per capita in the United States over the last 15+ years indicated the need for training of the state’s homicide investigators. The Homicide Investigator Training Program instituted and administered by the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement provides the state’s homicide investigators access to proven training that allows them to utilize consistent, high-quality investigative techniques in their homicide investigations.
