Pursuant to Act No. 684 (HB 969), the following entity name changes will be in effect on August 1, 2026:

  • Crime Victims Reparations Fund is now the Crime Victims’ Compensation Fund

  • Crime Victims Reparations Board is now the Crime Victims’ Compensation Board
